º Con sede en la capital de la Comisaria, funcionara un Juzgado Territorial con jurisdicción en todo el territorio de la misma y cuyas funciones serán las indicadas en el artículo 7.º de la ley 2ª. de 1943. Mientras el Ministerio de Justicia fija el personal y asignaciones de dicho Juzgado, el Juzgado territorial de Mitú-Comisaria Especial del Vaupés, tendrá jurisdicción en todo el territorio de la Comisaria Especial del Guainía.
