Finalidad

°. Finalidad . Los recursos del FOES se destinarán a cubrir hasta cuarenta ($40) pesos por kilovatio hora del valor de la energía eléctrica destinada al consumo de los usuarios ubicados en las Zonas de Difícil Gestión, Areas Rurales de Menor Desarrollo y en Zonas Subnormales Urbanas.

Parágrafo

El monto máximo de cobertura por kilovatio hora a que se refiere el presente artículo se ajustará anualmente con el Indice de Precios al Consumidor, IPC, certificado por el Departamento Nacional de Estadística, DANE.
