Contra las Resoluciones proferidas por el Director del Instituto, sólo procederá el recurso de reposición, surtido el cual, se entenderá agotada la vía gubernativa, de conformidad con lo dispuesto sobre la materia por el Decreto-ley 01 de 1984 y las normas que lo adicionan.

Parágrafo

Las resoluciones relacionadas con asuntos que por su naturaleza o cuantía requieran autorización de la Junta Directiva contra las cuales se interponga el recurso de reposición, serán resueltas mediante providencias ratificadas o aprobadas por dicha junta.
