°. Modificación del artículo 4 ° del Decreto número 892 de 2023 . Modifíquese el artículo 4° del Decreto número 892 de 2023, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 4 ° . Subsecretarios Generales grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes grado 12 de ambas corporaciones. A partir del 1° de enero de 2023, los Subsecretarios Generales grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes grado 12 de ambas corporaciones devengarán como asignación básica mensual total la suma equivalente a diecinueve millones novecientos cuarenta y siete mil seiscientos ochenta y cinco pesos ($19.947.685) m/cte.”.
