La Contraloría General de la Republica señalara el procedimiento legal pertinente para la entrega de las cuotas señaladas en los Artículos 1o y 2º de esta Ley, que serán entregadas conjuntamente al Excelentísimo señor Obispo de Barranquilla y la párroco de la iglesia de Nuestra Se\ora de Chiquinquira, en la ciudad capital del Atlántico, y al Excelentísimo señor Obispo de Garzón, respectivamente.
