PROBLEMAS HIGIENICO-SANITARIAS. El Ministerio de Agricultura deberá comunicar a la autoridad sanitaria competente cualquier problema higiénico sanitario que se presente en los hatos, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que al efecto dicte el Ministerio de Salud conjuntamente con el Ministerio de Agricultura.
