Negación de pasajes y viáticos en caso de habilitación. Cuando un oficial o suboficial tanga que presentar exámenes de habilitación y se encuentre en una guarnición distinta a la de la Escuela o Unidad donde deban realizarse las pruebas, no tendrá derecho a pasajes ni a viáticos de ninguna clase.
