Parágrafo 1

del artículo 4° del Decreto 405 de 2007, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo 1

La Interventoría del contrato que se suscriba con la Entidad Liquidadora, será contratada por el Ministerio de la Protección Social con cargo a los recursos de la entidad en liquidación, o será ejercida por quien este designe”.
