Adiciónese el artículo 2.1.1.2.16. al Capítulo 2 del Título 1 de la Parte 1 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1821 de 2020, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 2.1.1.2.16. Mayor Recaudo. El mayor recaudo al que hace referencia el

Parágrafo

del artículo 22 de la Ley 2056 de 2020, se determinará teniendo en cuenta la diferencia entre el recaudo distribuido de ingresos corrientes provenientes de las regalías generadas por la explotación de recursos naturales no renovables durante la bienalidad, ·menos el presupuesto incorporado en la Ley Bienal de presupuesto contenido en el plan de recursos correspondiente a los conceptos de ingresos por regalías de hidrocarburos y minerales”.
