Del costo de los empréstitos . Cuando la entidad territorial cumpla con todos los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 61 de la Ley 617 de 2000, pero no sea posible lograr el otorgamiento del empréstito al costo indicado en el literal c) del artículo anterior, la garantía de la Nación se otorgará en los porcentajes indicados en la siguiente tabla: Porcentaje Máximo de Garantía Puntos base por encima del costo establecido en el literal c) del artículo 14 del presente decreto 80% Entre 1 y 25 puntos base 70% Entre 26 y 50 puntos base 60% Entre 51 y 75 puntos base 50% Entre 76 y 100 puntos base 40% Entre 101 y 125 puntos base 30% Entre 126 y 150 puntos base
