º. Toda persona que habitualmente se dedique al corretaje de valores, sin ser miembro de alguna Bolsa, deberá solicitar permiso de la Superintendencia Bancaria, la cual sólo Io otorgará cuando el postulante reúna las condiciones exigidas para calificar a los miembros de una Bolsa; constituya caución suficiente a juicio de la misma Superintendencia y ante ella, para responder por el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones; presente para su aprobación el reglamento y la tarifa de su negocio, y, en fin, ajuste sus obligaciones, en lo pertinente, a las prevista; para los miembros de las Bolsas.
