Registro seccional de fármaco dependencia. La Unidad Administrativa Especial del Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Salud y la Protección Social establecerá un registro nacional de farmacodependencia, el cual será confidencial y sus datos solo se utilizarán para prevenir el narcotráfico y la farmacodependencia. Los Servicios Seccionales de Salud establecerán esos registros en su jurisdicción y enviarán esa información a dicha Unidad Administrativa Especial.
