El presente decreto modifica el artículo 2.2.1.11.2.5 y adiciona la Subsección 1 a la Sección 2, del Capítulo 11, del Título 1, de la Parte 2, del Libro 2, del Decreto número 1067 de 2015, y entrará en vigor a partir de la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial y sus disposiciones serán ejecutables a partir de los (3) meses siguientes a dicha fecha.

Decreto 1209 de 2024 · por el cual se sustituye el artículo 2.2.1.11.2.5., y se adiciona la Subsección 1 en la Sección 2 del Capítulo 11 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto Único Reglamentario 1067 de 2015 para crear y regular el Permiso Especial de Permanencia para representantes legales o custodios de niñas, niños y adolescentes (PEP-TUTOR).
