Obligatoriedad. En desarrollo de lo señalado en los artículos 3.2.3.1, 3.2.3.2 y 3.2.3.3 del presente decreto, las Administradoras del Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral y el SENA, el ICBF y las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, deberán permitir a los aportantes el pago de sus aportes mediante la Planilla Integrada de Liquidación de Aportes, por medio electrónico, la cual será adoptada mediante resolución expedida por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
