Declaratoria del proceso de saneamiento automático. Una vez se cuente con el levantamiento topográfico, el avalúo del predio y se hayan resuelto las oposiciones, se expedirá acto administrativo motivado con las razones de utilidad pública en las que se fundamenta el saneamiento automático, el cual deberá inscribirse en el folio de matrícula inmobiliaria del predio.

Parágrafo

Contra la decisión proceden los recursos consagrados en el Código de Procedimiento Administrativo y de lo Contencioso (CPACA).
