Se entenderá abandonada la solicitud de registro cuando hubieren transcurrido tres (3) meses contados a partir de la fecha de ejecutoria de la providencia que hubiere impartido alguna orden sin que el solicitante le hubiere dado cumplimiento. Se exceptúa el curso en que este pudiere comprobar fuerza mayor como causa de su retardo, siempre y cuando que, finalmente, se efectuare lo ordenado.
