° Oficiales de los Servicios. Son Oficiales de los Servicios quienes hayan optado un título universitario y hayan sido escalafonados en la carrera policial para cumplir funciones administrativas, científicas o técnicas en las especialidades generales de Sanidad, Veterinaria, Ingeniería, Justicia, Culto y Ciencias Sociales.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno determinará las profesiones cormprendidas dentro de cada una de las especialidades generales enumeradas en el presente artículo.
