º. Causación en única etapa. El impuesto global a la gasolina y al ACPM se causa en una sola etapa respecto del hecho generador que ocurra primero. Para estos efectos el responsable debe llevar la contabilización del impuesto causado por cada hecho generador y los valores consolidados del tributo.

Parágrafo

En el retiro solo se causará el impuesto global sobre los combustibles sometidos al gravamen producidos en el país.
