Abrase a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la actual vigencia el siguiente crédito:

MINISTERIO DE INSTRUCCION Y SALUBRIDAD PÚBLICAS

Gastos Varios.

Artículo 581 ter. Para el gasto que demande la colocación de un retrato al óleo del poeta Gregorio Gutiérrez González en el salón principal del Colegio que llevara su nombre en la ciudad de La Ceja.

Para los efectos de este crédito, esta Ley regirá desde su sanción.
