El Ministro Público debe intervenir en todas las actuaciones que se siguen en los Tribunales de lo Contencioso-Administrativo.

Todos los autos que en ellas se dicten deben ser notificados al respectivo Agente, quien puede usar con respecto a ellos de los recursos legales.
