Clasificación personal civil. Para efectos de afiliación o vinculación por contrato de prestación de servicios y demás asuntos inherentes previstos en el presente estatuto interno, el personal civil al servicio de las Fuerzas Militares, Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, la Policía Nacional y la Caja Promotora de Vivienda Militar será clasificado por la Junta Directiva.
