La licencia por incapacidad para trabajar, motivada por enfermedad o accidente de trabajo, no interrumpe el tiempo de servicios para el cómputo de las prestaciones establecidas por la ley en consideración a dicho factor, como vacaciones remuneradas, prima de navidad, cesantía y pensión de jubilación.
