Cuando el buque viniere de escala para desembarcar sólo una parte de su cargamento, se presentarán siempre los mismos documentos mencionados en el artículo 8°, pero en este caso el Administrador de la Aduana pondrá en el sobordo certificación del cumplido de lo que en él se hallare destinado para el puerto respectivo, no permitiendo desembarcar otra cosa.
