Nombrar, a partir de la fecha, como representante legal temporal de la sociedad Grupo Bicentenario, a la doctora Adriana Mazuera Child, identificada con la cédula de ciudadanía número 52418478, actual Directora Código 0022 de la Dirección General de Participaciones Estatales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, hasta tanto la Junta Directiva realice el nombramiento del Presidente de la Sociedad en desarrollo de la función establecida en el numeral 4 del artículo 6° del Decreto-ley 2111 del 2019.
