Llegado el expediente al Ministerio se dicta por este, dentro del término de los diez (10) días siguientes una resolución que confirme o revoque la resolución de primera instancia. En caso de confirmación la resolución ministerial tiene carácter de título traslaticio de dominio, equivalente a escritura pública y debe inscribirse en la Oficina de Registro correspondiente.
