Si el examen de laboratorio fuere favorable y la solicitud reuniere los demás requisitos del presente Decreto se otorgará el registro. Si el Ministerio de Salud hubiere solicitado el estudio de la Comisión Revisora, si ésta emitiere concepto favorable y se reunieren los demás requisitos del presente Decreto, se concederá el registro.
