3.° El Jefe de la Sección 2.ª del Ministerio examinará las cuentas a que se refiere el artículo anterior y las fenecerá o las devolverá observadas, según el caso; y presentará al Ministro, cada tres meses, el dato exacto de los textos y útiles que sea necesario adquirir para tener provisto el Depósito de lo indispensable para los establecimientos de educación que debe surtir el Gobierno.
