Los cargos administrativos previstos en los artículos 14 y 15 del presente Decreto, se proveerán conforme a los procedimientos y reglas aplicables a las demás corporaciones judiciales y al Ministerio Público, respectivamente. Cada Magistrado designará su abogado asesor, el cual deberá reunir los mismos requisitos y tendrá el mismo grado y remuneración de los abogados asesores de los Magistrados de los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial.
