Dentro de la reglamentación general que dicte el Gobierno sobre el suministro de Energía Eléctrica en el País, incluirá la prestación de los servicios de planta hidroeléctrica de que trata la presente ley en la forma más conveniente para el desarrollo industrial y económico de los municipios beneficiados.
