º . La Junta Directiva del Banco Cafetero S. A., Bancafé, estará integrada por cinco miembros con sus respectivos suplentes personales, así: El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público o su Delegado, quien la presidirá; los demás miembros serán designados por el Presidente de la República. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva tendrán un período de un (1) año.
