Articulo 1º Para los efectos del articulo 25 de la Ley 9 º de 1983, se entiende por negociación directa la operación comercial que puede preceder a la iniciación del proceso judicial respectivo, una vez dictada la providencia que disponga la expropiación, de tal manera que aquella operación comercial evite el proceso expropiatorio.
