Concédese una rebaja de la quinta parte de la pena privativa de la libertad impuesta a los sindicados por delitos comunes, condenados o que llegaren a serlo, por hechos cometidos antes de la vigencia de esta Ley.

La rebaja será de una tercera parte, cuando se trate de sindicados o condenados por delitos políticos.
