Oportunidad para proponerla s. Al Contestarse la acusación podrán proponerse las cuestiones previstas en el artículo anterior como excepciones de especial y previo pronunciamiento. Si alguna de las causales mencionadas apareciere después de contestada la acusación, el Juez, de oficio o a petición de parte, la resolverá de plano.
