La presente ley rige a partir de su promulgación y deroga los artículos 14 y 17 de la Ley 1811 de 2016 (Por la cual se otorgan incentivos para promover el uso de la bicicleta en el territorio nacional y se modifica el Código Nacional de Tránsito); deroga, también, todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
