Los Colegios Mayores de que trata el artículo anterior, se establecerán en las ciudades donde existan centros universitarios o institutos femeninos de educación secundaria y superior debidamente aprobados por el Estado, que permitan el funcionamiento de aquellos con personal de alumnas suficiente para la sección o secciones que se trate de crear, y el Gobierno Nacional contratará la organización de ellos con los Departamentos, con los Municipios o con las Universidades.
