Artículo décimo . La Comisión tendrá facultad para obtener informes de las entidades oficiales y de los particulares y libre acceso a las oficinas y archivos oficiales en busca de mayor información para su cometido, y en caso de que sus miembros deban salir de Bogotá tendrán derecho a viáticos, que serán fijados de acuerdo con las disposiciones legales vigentes por medio de resolución del Director General de Aduanas.
