Toda sanción impuesta, en virtud de un proceso disciplinario a un profesional matriculado, deberá anotarse en el respectivo Registro Seccional y Nacional, y se comunicará a cada uno de los demás Consejos Profesionales Seccionales, para efectos del control de la sanción impuesta y a la División de Registro y Control de la Procuraduría General de la Nación, reteniéndose a la vez el documento que acredite la matrícula. Además, se remitirá copia a las entidades públicas que tengan que ver con el ramo, a la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros o a la Sociedad Colombiana de Arquitectos según el caso.
