° Los Ingenieros Inspectores de las empresas férreas en que la Nación tenga derecho de inspeccionar las cuentas, revisarán todo contrato que celebren los Gerentes para el pedido de materiales al Exterior, y remitirán al Ministerio de Obras Públicas copias de tales contratos y de las facturas de pedidos con los informes correspondientes.
