Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga los artículos 16, 17, 18 y 19 del Decreto 679 de 1994, el Decreto 280 de 2002, y el Decreto 2790 de 2002, y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
