° Los fondos de que trata el artículo 3° del Decreto 2801 de 1961, serán manejados por el Tesorero de la Empresa Colombiana de Aeródromos, el cual liará los pagos que ordene la Comisión, de acuerdo con el artículo anterior y estará obligado a rendir cuenta de manejo a la Contraloría General de la República.
