Vencido el año de que trata el artículo 1°, el dinero, documentos, papeles y muebles de la Tesorería de la institución, se pasaran al Tesorero General de la Republica, para que bajo su responsabilidad se continúe el pago de las deudas y el cobro de las acreencias que en esta fecha quedaren pendientes, y terminaran en el desempeño de sus funciones los empleados de la Tesorería del Montepío Militar.
