Adiciónase El Presupuesto especial de crédito público para el año fiscal De 1921, con la cantidad de cien mil pesos ($100,000 Que llevará la siguiente imputación:

MINISTERIO DEL TESORO

CAPITULO UNICO

Emisión del Documentos de crédito público.

Parágrafo

La Sección de Crédito Público del Ministerio del Tesoro describirá en sus Libros asientos que da lugar el presente Decreto.
