Cuando el Oficial a que se refiere el artículo 69 del presente Decreto hubiere asistido a las clases del Curso de que se trata, en un porcentaje inferior a las dos terceras partes de su intensidad horaria, deberá adelanta en su totalidad un nuevo Curso con las exigencias correspondientes.
