° Conforme lo dispuesto por el artículo 10 del Decreto-ley 3135 de 1968, sólo se podrán acumular vacaciones hasta por dos (2) años, por justa causa y mediante resolución motivada de la respectiva Mesa Directiva. Si se perdiere la investidura de miembro del Congreso sin que se hubiere hecho uso de este derecho, su disfrute o la compensación monetaria prescribe en tres (3) años.
