Los presos que caigan bajo la jurisdicción de los Jueces Superiores que funcionen en lugar diferentes de la capital del Distrito Judicial no están obligados a comparecer ante los Tribunales respectivos en los casos de apelación ó consulta de los fallos correspondientes, sino que deben nombrar defensores que los representen.
