El Ministerio de Educación Nacional determinará en cada caso concreto, de acuerdo con los estudios técnicos realizados, con el lugar donde haya de funcionar el establecimiento, y con el aprendizaje especializado que se le adscriba, los equipos de labor y enseñanza que fueren necesarios para dotar la respectiva Escuela de Artesanos o Instituto Politécnico Complementario.
