Para el logro de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior el Gobierno nacional apropiará en el Presupuesto General de la Nación, los recursos necesarios para financiar estas obras.

Ley 364 de 1997 · por la cual la Nación se vincula a la celebración de los sesenta (60) años de existencia del Colegio Nacional Instituto Técnico Superior de Neiva, Huila, rinde tributo a su fundador, exalta las virtudes de sus profesores, estudiantes y egresados, y ordena en su homenaje la construcción de algunas obras.
