Vigencia . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, sin perjuicio del régimen de transición previsto en el artículo 14 de este decreto, modifica los artículos 2.34.1.1.2., 3.1.4.1.3., 3.1.4.1.4., 7.1.1.1.3., 7.2.1.1.7., 7.3.1.1.2., 7.3.1.1.3., 7.3.1.1.4., 7.4.1.1.4. y 7.4.1.1.5. del Decreto 2555 de 2010 y adiciona el Libro 40 y el artículo 2.9.8.1.6. a la Parte 2 y el Libro 8 a la Parte 7 de este mismo decreto
