Las acciones para el cobro de los intereses y del capital de los bonos prescribirán en cuatro años, contados desde la fecha de su expedición.

Esta prescripción sólo correrá respecto de los bonos sorteados, cuando se hubiere hecho la publicación de la lista de bonos favorecidos, en un diario de circulación nacional.
