Modifícase el inciso tercero del literal f) del numeral 3.1. del artículo 1° del Decreto 1767 de 2004, el cual quedará así: “La Bolsa de Valores de Colombia, como coordinador de la oferta en la Primera Fase, deberá verificar que la presentación de las aceptaciones de compra cumplan con los requisitos establecidos en el aviso de oferta, en este Programa de Enajenación y en el Reglamento de Venta y Adjudicación que el IFI y Ecopetrol adopten para la implementación de dicho programa”.
